Everything about this hotel was top notch... the entire staff was friendly and engaging, the lobby and grounds were impeccable, and the room was awesome. One of my big complaints is bad lighting in the bathroom, this had a great lighted mirror for makeup, plenty of hooks and storage and outlets and a fridge and microwave... it was like Christmas! I can not recommend this hotel enough, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Breakfast was good. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for it because I was under the impression it was free with the room. The staff were nice.

I have never stayed at a holiday inn facility and really only did so because my normal Hilton properties were priced far too high. I was absolutely blown away by what a great, clean, updated, affordable and comfortable facility this is.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were modern and large sizef with a bed that was the best bed ever, on firm side but still soft. The hamburger place was really good. Will be telling others to stay here!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! My husband, two senior dogs and I traveled from Scottsdale to San Diego and decided to stay in Yuma on our way back to break up the trip. It was the best decision ever and one we will continue do utilize on each trip going forward. A 6 hour drive is a bit long for us. Stopping halfway, we were able to swim, jacuzzi, have a great meal and have a great night’s sleep. It made our vacation feels so much longer by treating yourselves to a break in between the drive. The food was unbelievably delicious, as well. We shared a burger, french fries and Caesar salad that was also beyond our expectations for a chain hotel bar meal.

Excellent Service and friendly staff. They cheerfully helped me with an important document printing request. It helped out with an important business transaction. They are now my favorite place to stay in Yuma and will recommend them to my friends visiting Yuma.
